We sourced a distinct, sweet pear variety called Xenia and allowed a natural fermentation process. Double distillation in traditional copper stills yielded a refreshing brandy, which we then matured in second-fill American oak quarter casks. The result is a mellow combination of aromas: morning dew and green pears, with hints of blossom honey and spice.
