We’re a family of distillers devoted to a flavor-first approach to spirit-making, crafting spirits that defy conventions and delight the palate.

Our distillery is a space where creativity knows no limits. We draw on artisanal techniques from Croatian, French, and Scottish traditions; all in pursuit of exceptional flavor.
As the only Croatian distillery with an advanced cask management system, we source casks from around the globe to continually explore new flavor horizons.
OUR FOOTPRINT
We source all raw ingredients from local fruit growers, winemakers, and brewers who share our sustainability principles, and supply us with the best of what nature can give.
Our distillery production footprint is naturally very low: our copper pot stills are powered by recycled wood chips, whereas all organic waste from distillation is repurposed as compost for our garden.

MILJENKO BRIGLJEVIĆ
FOUNDER & MASTER DISTILLER
After a successful career in film and television, Miljenko pursued his longtime passion for spirit-making. For over 20 years, he has been a trailblazer with an artistic approach to crafting fine spirits.
His unique vision has led to many firsts: Croatian gin, unique cask-matured brandies, and his latest pursuit, Croatian whisky.
GABRIJELA BRIGLJEVIĆ
DISTILLERY MANAGER
Gabrijela is the heiress to the family distillery. With a background in marketing, she has brought together her passions for storytelling and fine spirits in her role as distillery manager.
She is devoted to mastering the art of spirit-making while sharing the story behind every sip with a new generation of spirit enthusiasts.
