Our distillery is a space where creativity knows no limits. Inspired by Croatian, French, and Scottish traditions, we create original drams with depth and character, expressions that you won’t find anywhere else in the world.
Every spirit is born in wood-fired copper pot stills and matured in carefully selected casks. As the only distillery in Croatia with an advanced cask management system, we seek out exceptional barrels from across the globe to shape rare, limited-edition bottlings.

Every spirit begins close to home.
Our apple and wine brandies are born from the fruits and wines of local growers and winemakers who share our commitment to sustainability, capturing the true character of our homeland.
We continue this tradition with our latest endeavor: Croatian whisky, crafting small-batch editions from locally grown barley in partnership with Croatian craft brewers.
MINDFUL BY NATURE
Our production footprint is naturally modest.
We fire our copper pot stills with recycled wood chips, and all organic byproduct of distillation is carefully returned to the land as compost — nourishing our very own vegetable garden and closing the loop with nature.

FOUNDER & MASTER DISTILLER
After a successful career in film and television, Miljenko took a leap to pursue his longtime passion for distilling.
In over 25 years, he has become a trailblazer with a truly unique approach to crafting fine spirits, and his creative vision has led to many firsts: first Croatian handcrafted gin, distinctive cask-matured brandies, and our latest pursuit: Croatian whisky.
GABRIJELA BRIGLJEVIĆ
DISTILLERY MANAGER
As a second-generation distiller with a background in marketing, Gabrijela unites her love of storytelling and fine spirits in her role as distillery manager.
She is devoted to mastering the art of distilling and to sharing the story behind every sip with a new generation of spirit enthusiasts.
