Bitter oranges are a unique Mediterranean variety growing only in the very south of Croatia - around the Dubrovnik region and the neighboring islands.

 

Our bitter orange liqueur brings out the powerful aromas of this zesty citrus. It has a clean, bitter-sweet character with well-balanced acidity and freshness, with additional enrichment coming from aging in a French oak cask.

Pour it over a single ice cube and you have yourself a perfect summer refreshment, or add an extra dimension to your cocktails or dishes.​
